TZS 45:2010 Curry powder – Specification

This Tanzania Standard prescribes the requirements and the methods of sampling and test for curry powder which is used as a flavouring material in the preparation of foods. Recommendations relating to storage and tran¬sportation conditions are given in Annex A.
