TZS 238: 2013 Road vehicle — Leaf spring — Specification

Tanzania Industries have been manufacturing leaf springs for vehicles mainly for replacing those worn out. Important to these industries was dimensional specifications which enabled the new spring to fit exactly to the intended position. Its performance characteristics and chemical composition or physical properties of the raw materials were largely ignored. With this anomaly in mind, the Automotive Components Technical Committee formulated this Tanzania Standard.
