TZS 245: 2012 Lemon juice – Specification

Lemon juice is an extract of a lemon fruit (Citrus limon Burm.f.) In the food industry it is essentially used for the production of other drinks such as lemonade and in the preparation of different cocktails as an ingredient. The juice is also valued for its vitamin C content.

This Tanzania Standard was thus prepared in order to ensure the quality and safety of the product.
