TZS 305:2012 Lime juice – Specification

Lime juice is an extract of a lime fruit of Citrus aurantiforia. In the food industry it is essentially used for the manufacture of other products such as pickle, chutney, cuisine and also used as an essential ingredient for cocktails. The juice is also valued for its vitamin C content.

This Tanzania Standard was thus prepared in order in order to ensure the quality and safety of the product
