TZS 352: 2015 Black tea — Specification

Tea is an important commodity in the international trade and for Tanzania it is one of the important cash crops. The bulk of the tea produced in Tanzania is exported as graded tea while some is blended for local consumption and export.


Tea is a popular beverage consumed all over the world. It is well known that the quality of tea is usually assessed by sensory evaluation and modern analysis technique.
