Comprehensive legislation on protection against risks associated with exposure to ionizing radiation. Divided into 4 parts.
Part 1 (sections 1-3) contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 (sections 4-10) provides for establishment of Radiation Protection Authority. Objects of Authority includes regulation, control and supervision of radiological work and every activity relating to acquisition, importation, use, transportation and disposal of radioactive material.
