TZS 999: 2015 Fresh pineapples — Specification

This standard covers requirements for fresh pineapples (Ananas comosus L.). This standard provides guidance on the quality of pineapples from the harvesting, handling, grading, transport and packaging stages to marketing. It also specifies provisions concerning quality, sizing tolerances and presentation of the fruit to the market. The standard does not include pineapples for industrial processing.
