MS 177:2011 Basmati rice - Specifications

This Standard lays down the minimum specifications for Basmati rice (Oryza sativa
L) of the following types: husked rice, brown (cargo rice), brown parboiled rice, milled white
rice (raw) and milled parboiled rice suitable for human consumption, directly or after
processing.
