No person shall import, manufacture, process, pack, store, offer for sale or sell any food which contains sodium, calcium or potassium salts of guanylic or inosinic acids, unless the amount of the above-mentioned components, when used singly or in combination, does not exceed 500 p.p.m. in the ready-to-eat finished product. - Reference of the measure
