Description of the measure: (3) Liquid glucose shall—
(a) bea colourless to light straw coloured, odourless, viscous syrup; and
(b) have a taste of sweetness free from foreign flavour; and
(c) consist of a mixture of dextrose, maltose, dextrin and water; and
(d) not contain more than—
(i) 0.6% of free acid, calculated as hydrochloric acid;
(ii) 20 mgs of iron per kg
