Description of the measure
(1) Ultra High Temperature heat Treated Milk ( or UHT) shall be milk which has been subjected to a continuous flow heating process at a high temperature for a short period and which afterwards has been aseptically packaged
(2) the Heat treatment shall be such that the milk shall:
a) pass the Keeping quality test by the prescribed method;
b) Give no turbidity when subjected to the prescribed method.
