Description of the measure: Reconstituted Milk (Recombined Milk) shall be the pasteurized homogenized product prepared from Milk fat, not-fat-milk solids, and water with or without whole Milk, may contain permitted stabilizers/emulsifiers ( see part IV of the nineteenth schedule) and shall have not less than 3 per centum of milk fat and not less than 8.5 per centum of milk solids-not-fat.
