Description of the measure

i)Reconstituted Milk (Recombined Milk) shall be the pasteurized homogenized product prepared from Milk fat, not-fat-milk solids, and water with or without whole Milk, may contain permitted stabilizers/emulsifiers ( see part IV of the nineteenth schedule) and shall have not less than 2 per centum of milk fat and not less than 9 per centum of milk solids-not-fat.
2) No person shall sell a reconstituted Milk product unless the label there carries a statement of the percentage of milk fat solids-not-fat
