343.Honey shall be the sweet substance produced by honey bees from the nectar of blossoms or from secretions, or on living parts, of plants, which they collect, transform and combine with specific substances, and store in honey combs; and shall contain not more than 21 per centum of moisture, not more than 10 per centum of sucrose, and not less than 60 per centum of invert sugar.Vinegar
