- (1) Skimmed sweetened condensed milk (skim sweetened condensed milk) shall be the product obtained by the partial removal of water only from skimmed milk with the addition of sugars, shall have not less than 24 per centum of milk solids, and may contain permitted stabilizers (see Part IV of the Nineteenth Schedule).
(2) When milk other than cow's milk is used for the manufacture of the product or any part thereof, it shall be so designated along with such origin. - Reference of the measure
