Description of the measure
(1) Partially skimmed milk powder (partly skimmed dried milk, partially skim milk powder, partly skim dried milk) shall mean the product obtained by the removal of water from partly skimmed milk, shall have not less than 1.5 and not more than 26 per centum of milk fat and not more than 5.0 per centum of water, and may contain permitted stabilizers (see Part IV of the Nineteenth Schedule).
(2) Permitted emulsifiers (see Part IV of the Nineteenth Schedule) may be used in the case of powders for instant use.
(3) When milk, other than cow's milk, is any part thereof, it shall be so designated along with such origin.
