Description of the measure

86.Vodka shall be the potable alcoholic beverage obtained by the treatment of grain or other carbohydrate spirit with charcoal and shall contain not less than 34.49 percentum of absolute alcohol.
87.Blended vodka shall be the potable alcoholic beverage obtained by the treatment of grain or potable spirit with charcoal to which neutral spirit may be added, and shall contain not less than 34.49 percentum of absolute alcohol.
