Description of the measure

262. Skimmed milk to be sold in packets
(1) Subject to paragraph (2), no person shall sell skimmed milk otherwise than in a
sealed packet or bottle.
(2) Skimmed milk may be sold otherwise in a sealed packet or bottle than in a depot approved by the Permanent Secretary.
