Description of the measure: Article 143
Livestock import, export and transit shall require authorization delivered by the veterinary authority by the sanitary veterinary service operating within the management of the Rwanda Animal Resources Development Authority (RARDA).

Article 144
Livestock import, export and transit in the country require certificate from the livestock origine and veterinary certificate delivered by an authorized veterinary Doctor in the country the animals come from.
