Description of the measure

Article 3
It is forbidden to introduce, hold or transport on the national territory organisms harmful to animal specimen whatever their degree of development including formed parasites, eggs, larvae, nymphs and germs. However, for research or experimental purposes, some importations exemptions of harmful organisms may be granted to
specialized institutions by the Minister having environment in his/her attributions.
