These regulations shall apply to all alcoholic beverages which are sold or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

17(1) No person shall sell or display for sale any concoction of alcohol which does not conform to these regulations
(2) An alcoholic beverage shall be sold in containers which are clearly distinct from soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverage containers
