Description of the measure
143.Mustard, mustard flour or ground mustard, shall be the powder made from mustard seed with the hulls largely removed and from which a portion of the fixed oil may be removed, shall contain not more than 1.5 per centum of starch and, on the oil-free basis, not more than 8.0 per centum of total ash, and shall yield not less than 0.40 percentum of volatile mustard oil as determined by the prescribed method.
