- 222.Artificial (naming the flavour) flavor or imitation (naming the flavour) flavour,shall be a flavour, except that the flavouring principles may be derived in whole or in part from sources other than the aromatic plant after which it is named; and if such a flavour is defined in these Regulations, the flavouring strength of the artificial or imitation flavor shall be not less than that of the flavour.
