Description of the measure

227.seed essence, celery seed extract or celery seed flavour shall be the essence, extract or flavour derived from celeryseed, or oil of celery seed, or terpeneless oil of celery seed, and shall correspond, in flavouring strength, to an alcoholic solution containing not less than 0.3 percentum by volume of volatile oil of celery seed
