- (1) Flavoured skim milk shall be the product made from skim milk or skim milk powder, a flavouring preparation, and a sweetening agent; may contain food colour (see Part III of the Nineteenth Schedule), a stabilising agent (see Part IV of the Nineteenth Schedule), or salt; shall contain not more than 0.1 per centum of milk fat and not less than8.0 per centum of milk solids-not-fat.Standard for flavoured skim milk
