180 Cream cheese shall be the cheese made from milk to which cream has been added, with or without further processing; may contain not more than 0.5 per centum of stabilising agent (see Part IV of the Nineteenth Schedul
e); and shall contain not more than 55 per centum of moisture and, on the dry basis, not less than 65 per centum of milk fat
