To ensure the proper management of hazardous waste from human activities and industrial processes whose impact
are reflected on public health and the environment

Description of the measure

Article 4(1)(a): It is prohibited importation of all plastic bags whose layer thickness is less than 30 micrometers
Article 7(c): It is prohibited the importation of empty containers contaminated with pesticides and obsolete chemical products
Article 7(d): It is prohibited importation of all kind of outdated tires and including all kind of used tires with dimension exceeding 750R/16
