Description of the measure
389. Sweet wine
(1) Sweet wine shall be the product obtained by a mixture of -
(a) the partial alcoholic fermentation of
(i) grape juice; or
(ii) the reconstituted product of grape must;
(b) potable water; and
(c) sugar derived solely from the juice or must of the grapes from which it is
made.
