The rationale of the measure

This Order regulates the importation, marketing and distribution modalities of aquaculture and fishery products, equipment and materials.

Description of the measure

The circulation license and the health certificate for exportation of the products stated in Article 2 of this Order shall be issued on presentation of an authorization for importation from the destination country, issued by the
competent authority.

Description

Aquaculture and fishery products, living fish, fish eggs, fresh, frozen, cooled, preserved fish or processed fish
prepared by salting, smoking, drying, or any other way except for preserved fish contained in well-closed containers not exceeding one (1) kilogram, mollusks and shellfish, and all other product which may be classified in this category by the relevant authority.

Aquaculture and fishery equipment and materials, all aquaculture and fishing inputs, in particular vessels, nets, bow nets, hooks, lamps, fish feeds, drugs and other fishing inputs and fish productions.
