Description of the measure

427(6) Meat stock shall contain per litre –
(a) Total nitrogen not less than 160 mg;
(b) Sodium chloride not more than 12.5g; and
(c) Two Thirds of the total creatinine content shall be of bovine origin and not less than 110 mg.
