Description of the measure

14. Shark fins shall not be landed from fishing boat or vessel unless the weight of fin does not exceed 5% of the total weight of shark carcass on board the boat or vessel.
15. No shark fin shall be landed, unless the carcass and the fins are on board the same boat or vessel.
16. Shark fin known to have been transshipped at high seas shall not be landed at the port.
