Description of the measure: 8(3) Brine frozen fish intended for canning shall be maintained at a temperature of -9oC during transportation.
(4) The person need not comply with paragraph 8(3) when fish in brine is transported from cold store to an establishment to be thawed on arrival for the purpose of processing, if the journey is short and the operation is approved by the Permanent Secretary.
