Description of the measure: 10(4) The company shall have in place a documented recall procedure that enables identification, and where necessary removal or recall of potentially harmful products from the supply chain.
(5) Fully documented records shall be maintained for different stages of production, processing, storage and distribution to allow proper tracing and recall of products.
(6) Recalled products shall be held under supervision until disposed appropriately or destroyed.
