- 14. Histamine
(1) The importer shall ensure that fish species associated with high amount of histidine comply with the histamine limits specified by the Codex Alimentarius or European Union.
(2) The histamine content shall be less than 100 ppm for one sample and the combined value of 2 samples shall not exceed 200 ppm. - Reference of the measure
