Description of the measure: 16(3) Any person who imports, prepares, supplies, distributes or sells any food
which —
(a) is poisonous, harmful or injurious to health;
(b) contains any foreign matter;
(c) is unfit for human consumption;
(d) is the product of a diseased animal or an animal which has died otherwise than by slaughter;
(e) is the product of a decomposed vegetable or vegetable substance; or
(f) is adulterated, shall commit an offence.
