The rationale of the measure

These guidelines are elaborated only for restricted and regulated importation of used computers and used computer parts not intended or intended for computer assembling.

Description of the measure

Article 6
No used computer shall be allowed to enter Rwandan territory for commercial purposes.

Article 7
Used computers shall be allowed if they are intended for education purposes, personal use, church organization or orphan centers

Article 14
Used Random Access Memory (RAM), Microprocessors and Hard Disks are allowed to be imported for commercial purposes provided that the imported intention is not for computer assembling.
