- 4 (1) Baking powder shall be a free-flowing white odourless powder and may contain any anti-caking agent referred to in the Third Schedule to the *Food and Food Standards (Food Additives and Prohibited Substances) Regulations, SI 136/2001 and shall yield not less than 10,0% carbon dioxide.
