- 3.1.2.3 Containers, when filled or partially filled with raw materials or with the product shall not be stacked in a manner that allows contact of the contents of one container with the bottom of the container stacked above it. containers shall not be stacked directly on the floors.
5.2.8 The temperature of the product shall be reduced to 4°C within 6 h of its removal from the smoking
chamber. If it is not to be vacuum-packed, it shall be maintained at a temperature not in excess of 4 °C.
Vacuum packed products shall be stored at a temperature not in excess of -20 °C. - Reference of the measure
