Description of the measure: 43. (l ) Any person who wishes to import or export a Schedule lA, 1 B or 1 C medicine, or a precursor chemical, shall apply to the Authority in the prescribed form accompanied by' a prescribed fee.
(2) Any person who imports or exports a Schedule lA, 1B or lC medicine, or a precursor chemical shall, for every import and export, as the case may be, whether such import or export consists of one or more substances, obtain a separate licence from the Authority for such importation or exportation.
