- Description of the measure
- 5(1) The design and specification of stamps shall be as may be determined by the authority and may be changed at anytime depending on the supply of the stamps required.
(2) Subject to sub-regulation (1), different types of stamps shall be determined to the specific categories as follows:
(a) Imported film stamps shall be green in colour
(b) Imported Music stamps shall be blue in colour
(c) Local film stamps shall be pantone violet in colour
(d) Local music Stamps shall be Pink in colour
(3) The authority may determine different types of tax stamps for packages of any audio visual packages as and when the need arised - Reference of the measure
