Description of the measure: 13. Import
Any person who imports any hide or skin into Botswana without the written permission of the Director of Veterinary Services or who fails to comply with any condition imposed by the
Director of Veterinary Services when granting such permission shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding P400 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.
