Description of the measure

Tran-shipment of OIl
43. A charge of US$ 115 per day, or US$ 10 per hour if it is not a full day, and the officer's travel and subsistence expense shall be payable for the attendance of a representing officer.
47. A charge of US$ 30 per hour or part thereof and the surveyor or proper officer travel and subsistence expenses shall be payable for the attendance of a surveyor or proper officer on a Saturday, a Sunday, a public holiday or at any other time outside the Authority's normal working hours.
48. Where the attendance of a surveyor or proper officer is required outside the United
Republic, the surveyor's or proper officer’s travel and subsistence expenses shall be payable in addition to any applicable charge.
Inland attendance and extraordinary attendance
49.Where the attendance of a proper officer is required at any place in the United Republic outside the times determined by the Authority, the proper officer’s travel and subsistence expenses shall be payable in addition to any applicable charge
