- 53. Consumer products
3) Legal persons who import consumer products for sale and distribution as exempt products shall ensure that-
(a) legible labels are visibly and firmly affixed to each consumer product and its package, stating, in the local language, that-
(i) the product contains radioactive material; and
(ii) the sale of the product to the public has been authorised by the relevant Board;
and
(b) basic information and instructions on the precautions of use and disposal of the product, written in the local language, are made available with the product - Reference of the measure
