Description of the measure: 3. Imposition of duty
Subject to section 6, export duty shall be payable on all bonemeal, bloodmeal and carcassmeal exported from Botswana at the rates set out in the Schedule.
Samples and temporary exports
6. Nothing in sections 3 and 5 shall apply in respect of any consignment of bonemeal, bloodmeal or carcassmeal-
(a) which does not exceed 2,5 kilograms in weight and is exported from Botswana as a bona fide sample; or
(b) which is temporarily exported from Botswana in transit to some place within Botswana.
Schedule

The rates of export duty shall be-
Bonemeal ............................................. P6,00 per metric tonne
Bloodmeal ............................................ P6,00 per metric tonne
Carcassmeal ........................................ P6,00 per metric tonne
