Description of the measure: 5. Export to be by rail
(1) Subject to section 6, no person shall export bonemeal, bloodmeal or carcassmeal from Botswana otherwise than by rail except with the written permission of an authorized officer.
(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding P200 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both.
