1.Subject to the provisions of this regulation, no person shall export per month to the Republic of South Africa, sugar in quantities exceeding 25 kg except under and in accordance with an export permit issued by the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
2. A permit issued in accordance with this regulation shall not allow any person to export, per month, sugar in quantities exceeding 100kg. - Reference of the measure
