Description of the measure: 3(2) Regulations made under this section may apply to cattle, sheep, goats, swine, horses, domestic fowls, turkeys, geese and ducks.
3(4) No person shall export from or take out of Mauritius the semen of any such animal as is mentioned in subsection (2), except under the authority of a licence issued by the Minister.
