Description of the measure
7) Mayonnaise which is a semi-solid food in which the only emulsifying substance is a preparation made from yolk of eggs—
(a) may contain—
(i) no added farinaceous substances other than those present in mustard and spices;
(ii) suitable edible gums as stabilizers; and
(b) shall have an oil content of not less than 50%.
