These regulations shall apply only to condiments which are sold or intended for sale in Zimbabwe.

Description of the measure

5. (1) Curry-powder shall not contain—
(a) less than 75% of mixed spices, tumeric , aromatic seeds and aromatic herbs;
[amended by SI 41 of 1990 with effect from the 16th March, 1990]
(b) any foreign mineral substance or harmful ingredient.
(2) Curry-powder compound shall—
(a) be composed of curry-powder mixed with farinaceous material;
(b) contain not less than 50% of curry-powder.
