These regulations shall apply only to condiments which are sold or intended for sale in Zimbabwe.

Description of the measure

(2) Limed ginger or bleached ginger shall—
(a) be composed of whole ginger coated with carbonate of lime;
(b) not yield more than—
(i) 10% of ash; or
(ii) 4% of calcium carbonate;
but in all other respects shall conform to the standards prescribed in subsection (1)
